Always make sure you wash your hands before starting to bake! And double check your ingredients to make sure there isn't anything funny with em! (Like mold, long time expired, etc)

TRES LECHES CAKE
3HRS - 12 SERVINGS

For Cake
1 Cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
5 large eggs
3/4 granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup whole milk
FOR FROSTING
2.5 cups heavy whipping cream
2/3 cups confectioner's sugar
Blue food dye (for that blue color)
FOR DECOR: blueberries, crescent moon would be white choclate (OPTIONAL)
For Syrup
12 oz evaporated milk
10 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
2. In a bowl, mix flour baking powder, and salt3. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks4. Beat egg whites util stiff peaks form; in another bowl, mix egg yolks with sugar, milk, and vanilla5. Gradually add dry mixture to egg yolk mixture, then fold in beaten egg white until smooth6. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes until toothpick (or utensil) comes out clean7. While cake bakes, whisk together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy whipping cream for the syrup! (You can add the blue food dye here as well!)8. Once cake is baked, let it cool for 30 minutes!! Then, start poking in holes on top of the cake with a fork.9. Slowly pour prepared syrup over the cake. Wrap it tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.10. Whip cold heavy cream frosting until stiff peaks form.11. Spread whipped cream frosting over the chilled cake, and then decorate with blueberries as you wish! Once done, enjoy your very own Moon themed Tres Leches cake!!

STRAWBERRY + BANANA PANCAKES
(about)30MINS - 10-12 PANCAKES

FOR BATTER
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups buttermilk (or milk plus 2 tablespoons of lemon juice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted or cooled
additional butter for the griddle
FOR DECOR
Maple Syrup
Banana Slices
Strawberry slices

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar with a rubber spatula. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk or milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix with the spatula. (Make sure to NOT overmix!! And don't worry, lumps are okay!!)
2. Heat the griddle or skillet over medium heat. After 3-5 minutes, sprinkle water on the heated pan. If the water "dances", then its hot enough to use! Place a small pat of butter on the pan and spread it around the surface.3. Using a 1/3 cup, measuring cup or ladle, pour the batter onto the skillet to form a pancake! (If the batter's too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons more buttermilk or milk until you reach your desired consistency) When the uncooked side starts bubbling and the sides of the pancake begin to dry, the pancake is ready to be flipped! Use a flat spatula to flip it!4. Once pancakes are done, put it on a plate, sprinkle that powdered sugar on top along with a slice of butter, strawberry slices, bananas on the sides, some syrup, and you made yourself a Sun themed pancake!

(FOR LUNAR TOAST) INGREDIENTS
Brioche Bread
A tiny square of white chocolate
Chocolate Syrup
Nutella
Powdered sugar
Whip Cream
Chocolate Pocky

(FOR LUNAR) DIRECTIONS:
1. Grab a slice of brioche bread and just toast it to your preference on how toasted you like your toast! Just make sure to not burn it!
2. Once the bread is done being toasted, you can start decorating by spreading nutella first!3. After the nutella, then you can put a pinch of powdered sugar where ever you want onto the bread.4. Then, you can make a nice medium sized blob of whip cream in the middle of the bread.5. After that, you can drizzle chocolate syrup onto the whip cream and then put two pocky sticks in the cream. Once done, enjoy your Lunar themed treat!
